Volunteer Feedback

Hello everyone! We've been running now for nearly 2 years and so feel it is important to gain valuable feedback from everyone in the team - but in order to gain a real insight, we wanted to do this without people worrying about saying how they really feel or expressing any concerns so we are doing it anonymously.
